And now, I begin my life as a biker.

I took a class on motorcycle safety last week. There was an in class portion that had a test at the end of it. The class was five hours long and the test was 50 multiple choice questions.
I got 100%
Then there was a driving portion that was split into two days, five hours each. At the end of the second day there was a skills test. If you drop the bike you get kicked from the class; if you do anything unsafe you get kicked from the class; and if you put your foot down, don’t go fast enough, or go too fast you earned points. If you earned more than 20 points during the entire evaluation, you get kicked from the class.
I did none of these things, got 100%, and just today received my DL 389 in the mail. The DL 389 is the form that you need to take to the DMV in order to waive the driving test that the DMV gives when you want to get a motorcycle endorsement on your license.
YAY! I now have no restrictions on my drivers license and will probably not drive my car very much any more. YAY!
